Qodeo is delighted to unveil our eagerly awaited partner program, and is honored to announce that Cozen O’Connor, a full-service law firm that is ranked among the top 100 law firms in America, has joined as our first law firm in the program.
The launch of the partner program follows the interest that Qodeo has garnered, since inception, from a range of organizations that support entrepreneurs. Many of these entities have expressed a strong desire for bulk access to our platform, recognizing its potential to expedite the funding process for the entrepreneurs they serve. While Qodeo has been providing bulk licenses to these organizations on an ad hoc basis, this program marks the formalization of the offering, enabling Qodeo to scale these relationships at pace.
Available to banks, professional services firms, government organizations, corporate advisors, startup incubators and professional networks, the program offers:
- Discounted access to bulk Qodeo accounts for entrepreneurs
- Accelerated Qodeo profile creation, with bulk uploads of key details
- Workshops to help entrepreneurs improve how they present themselves to investors
- Educational events debunking common fundraising myths
Cozen O’Connor is among North America’s fastest-growing law firms. This initial stage of Cozen O’Connor’s association will grant bulk Qodeo access to entrepreneurs in the firm’s COpilot program, helping them find the right investors faster.
Commenting on the agreement, Michael Crossey, co-chair, Emerging Business & Venture Capital Group at Cozen O’Connor said, “As an entrepreneurial law firm, Cozen O’Connor has been helping emerging businesses and venture capital firms achieve their goals for decades. Qodeo is a great fit as we counsel startup, early-stage, growth, and late-stage venture-backed companies through every stage of the corporate lifecycle, while also representing venture capital and private equity funds. We’re excited to be able to open up the global investor market to our entrepreneur clients and are confident it will contribute to their success.”
Simon Glass, Founder and CEO of Qodeo, added, “Formalizing our partner program will make it seamless to scale our multi-license offering so we’re really excited about the additional scope it gives us to grow. We’re also thrilled to welcome Cozen O’Connor, who are known for their work in the entrepreneur and VC space, as our first associates in the program.”
