Simon has worked in venture capital for Amadeus Capital Partners, advisory at EY, in academia and banking. Simon holds BA, MA and MBA degrees from Cambridge University and trained in corporate finance at London Business School. Simon founded qodeo to save transaction costs and time in his work as a venture capitalist and entrepreneur. Simon leads the team and strategy.
Ian oversees a global team of engineers, testers, data staff and graphic designers to create qodeo’s unique data platform and tools. Ian brings over 20 years experience in the IT industry, having built a successful business in Australia and having worked with Scottish Enterprise in the UK. Ian is an investor in Qodeo.
Paul has deep financial services and alternative experience, having been Deputy CEO of Coutts Bank, Finance Director at hedge fund Man Investments, and CFO Asia-Pacific of Standard Chartered in Singapore. Paul trained in accountancy at KPMG, and guided financial planning business Towry through private equity backed transactions. Paul has an MA (Hons) in Engineering from Cambridge University. Paul’s role with Qodeo focuses on funding, strategy and governance.
Tim is a renowned architect, with significant experience leading businesses, negotiating complex contracts, and managing large programmes of work. At Board level for Qodeo, Tim provides robust governance and direction. In addition to his role as managing director of Austin Winkley & Associates, where he has been providing innovative architectural services to clients across the UK since 1987, Tim has held a number of non-executive roles, including Vice President of the Royal Institute of British Architects describe yourself essay, Executive Board Member of the Construction Industry Council (CIC), and Chair of Chartered College of CIC.
An Australian, but long time Singapore based, Joe is an entrepreneur and manager with over 25 years’ experience in building Fintech software and solutions businesses across Asia Pacific, Europe, Canada and Latin America. Joe was co-founder of Capital Market Solutions and has held senior management positions in financial technology including; President, Head of Mergers and Acquisitions, MD Asia, MD Europe and MD Australasia. Joe helps Qodeo with strategy, implementation and Asia-Pac expertise.
Andrew is a former hedge fund manager and partner in a private equity property company with over 20 years of experience in the US and Japan. With extensive financial services and private equity experience, including Prudential and Citigroup, Andrew brings a perspective from both the entrepreneur/capital raising side as well as the investor side He is now an angel investor and splits time between New York, Austin Texas and London.
